The Concept

Wilasa essentially has three types of homes called 'Earth', 'Air' and 'Sky'. 'Earth' is a duplex unit spread across the ground and the first floor; 'Air' is a simplex (single floor) unit on the second floor; and 'Air' is another duplex unit spead across the third and fourth floors. 'Earth' and 'Sky' units are equipped with private gardens.

Wilasa has has been pre-certified by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) in the 'Gold' class.
